Publication Policy

Pakistan Social Sciences Review (PSSR) follows a Double-Blind Peer Review policy to ensure impartiality, academic rigor, and fairness in the evaluation of manuscripts.

  • All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial office for scope, quality, and ethical compliance.
  • Suitable manuscripts are sent to independent national and/or international reviewers for double-blind peer review.
  • The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, methodological soundness, scholarly contribution, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  • Authors are informed of reviewers’ comments and may be required to revise their manuscripts accordingly.

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board reserve the right to make editorial decisions, including acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts, based on reviewers’ reports and the journal’s policies.

The opinions expressed in published articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Editor, Editorial Board, or the journal.
