Scope & Mission
The mission of Pakistan Social Sciences Review (PSSR) is to publish rigorous and original scholarly research that contributes to the understanding of social, cultural, economic, and political phenomena.
The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas of Social Sciences:

- Media and Communication Studies
Interdisciplinary studies connected to Arts and Humanities may also be considered, provided they demonstrate clear relevance to social science research and contribute to broader academic discourse.
International Scope
Although the journal title includes the word “Pakistan,” Pakistan Social Sciences Review (PSSR) is international in scope. The journal welcomes submissions from researchers, scholars, and practitioners from all regions of the world. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit, originality, relevance, and methodological rigor, without regard to the geographic location of the author(s).
